HZS75 Concrete Plant

HZS75 Concrete batching plant can mix the hard concrete, plastic concrete, liquid concrete, and various other lightweight aggregate concrete. 2. The Mixing System: The mixer is JS1500 twin shafts mixer with arms screwed ensure shorter mixing time but higher evenness;

3. 3.8m discharging height: adjustable hydraulic discharging door, Standard type and Exclusive Extra-Heavy Type for optional;

4.Batching System: PLD2400 Individual batching machine adopted electric weighing system can be correction and measure automatically. The batching aggregates have 2-4 types as for select;

5. Feeding System: Hopper feeder, anti-block patents technology ensures forever non-block;

6. Weighing system:The system is with buffering device, auto compensation function and very high weighing accuracy;

7. Screw convey: Diameter ø219/273mm, Twin-Reducer power 9kw;

8. Cement silo: 50ton – 200ton, Split for shipping conveniently;
