Basic information

JS1500 is a twin-shaft forced mixer with a rated discharge capacity of 1500 liters, which is often called 1.5 cubic meters, and a feed capacity of 2400 liters.

It can operate independently as a single machine, and can also form a simple concrete mixing station with the PLD series batching machine. It can also provide a matching mixer for the mixing station, which is the main mixer of the Minrui HZS75 concrete batching plant and the mixer of the 90m3/h concrete batching plant. The discharge height is 3.8 and 4.2m, which can also be customized by the user.

The user can use a dump truck or a concrete mixer truck to transit the concrete from mixer plant. It is suitable for all kinds of large, medium and small prefabricated component plants and industrial and civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, water conservancy, and docks. It can mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluid concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortars.

The mixing system

JS1500 mixing part is composed of a motor, a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, a mixing drum stirring device, an oil supply device, etc. The motor is directly connected to the cycloid reducer, and the two output shafts of the reducer drive two horizontally configured mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions at a constant speed through two pairs of open gears.

Feeding system

it is composed of a winch mechanism, a feeding dragon frame, a hopper, a feeding nozzle, etc. The brake motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope pulls the hopper to climb along the feed rack track through the pulley. When it climbs to the preset height, a pair of rollers on the hopper door at the bottom of the hopper enter the feed rack water track, the hopper door automatically opens, and the material is put into the mixing drum through the feed nozzle.

Electrical system

The electrical circuit has air switches, fuses, and thermal relays, which have the functions of short circuit protection and overload protection. The control button, air switch handle and indicator light are all on the distribution box door, and a door lock is provided. There is a protective cover on the button.

Discharging system

It consists of a discharging door, an air pump, a reversing valve, a gas distributor, a cylinder, an electrical mechanism, etc. The discharging door is at the bottom of the mixer. The pneumatic discharging and the opening and closing position of the discharging door are controlled by the cylinder. The sealing of the discharging door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip.

In addition, a manual discharging lever is provided for emergency discharging during temporary power outages and discharging when the cylinder fails. It should be removed at ordinary times to prevent injury.
