Basic Information

JS2000 2m3 concrete mixer is also called 2 cubic meter concrete mixer or two-cubic-meter mixer. It discharges 2 cubic meters concrete each time and the mixing cycle is about 60 seconds.

It is usually used as a mixer of 120m3/h concrete batching plant. It is currently the most advanced and ideal construction equipment model at home and abroad.

It is suitable for mixing plastic, dry hard, lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortars and mortars. It is widely used in large and medium-sized prefabricated component plants and industrial and civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, water conservancy, and docks.

System Composition

The mixing system 

JS2000 mixing part is composed of a motor, a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, a mixing drum stirring device, an oil supply device, etc. The motor is directly connected to the cycloidal reducer, and the two output shafts of the reducer drive the horizontally configured mixing shaft to rotate in the opposite direction at a constant speed through the split gears.

The feeding system 

2m3 concrete mixer loading part is composed of a winch mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, a feeding nozzle, etc. The feeding rack is equipped with a limit switch, and there are two limit switches at the upper limit, which respectively limit and protect the rise of the hopper. The upper part of the feeding rack can be folded.

The water supply system 

JS2000 mixer water system is composed of a water pump, a throttle valve, a cleaning device, and a spray device.

The unloading system 

2000L concrete mixer discharging part is composed of a unloading hopper, an air pump, a reversing valve, an air distributor, a cylinder, an electrical device, etc. The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and pneumatic unloading is performed through the cylinder. The opening and closing position of the unloading door can also be controlled.

The sealing of the unloading door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip. The manual operating lever for unloading is used for emergency unloading during temporary power outages and unloading when the cylinder fails. It should be removed at ordinary times to prevent injury.

Electrical system

The electrical control circuit is equipped with an air switch, a fuse, and a thermal relay, which have the functions of short circuit protection and overload protection.

Working principle

The stirring mechanism of the JS forced mixer is a stirring shaft arranged horizontally and vertically in the barrel, and a stirring blade is mounted on the shaft. When working, the rotating shaft drives the blade to shear, squeeze and flip the material in the barrel to force stirring.
