Composition of HZS90 concrete mixing station
It consists of conveyor belt, cement silo, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, twin-shaft mixer, intelligent computer control system and metering system.
Feeding system
1. Aggregate feeding
Aggregates are discharged from the unloading door of the aggregate bin of the batching station into the aggregate measuring hopper for measurement.
After measurement, they are discharged onto the running flat belt, and then sent to the inclined belt conveyor by the flat belt.
The inclined belt conveyor is transported to the waiting hopper on the top of the mixer to wait for instructions.
2. Powder feeding
Cement and fly ash are transported to their respective measuring hoppers by screw conveyors for measurement. The screw conveyor uses high-quality steel pipes with good rigidity; it is equipped with double-pitch blades to reduce the degree of compression of material transportation; it uses high-quality reduction gearboxes, heavy-duty design, high torque and low noise; it can also be equipped with universal ball joints, which makes installation, adjustment and steering convenient; it is also equipped with high-quality center suspension bearings and tail bearings, and is easy to install.
Liquid feeding
Water and admixtures are respectively sent to their respective measuring hoppers by water pumps and admixture pumps for measurement.
Mixing system
The concrete mixer is Minrui Group JS1500 type forced mixer with a nominal capacity of 1500L.It is also equipped with a quadruple shaft end seal, including a mixer air pressure seal, a steel ring seal, a special rubber ring seal, and a concrete-specific seal, with excellent sealing performance.
Metering system
The metering of raw materials such as aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives is highly accurate, and the error is controlled within a very small range. The system uses sensors, which are accurate in weighing and quick in response. It is the primary link in achieving automatic detection and automatic control; it is also equipped with a pneumatic butterfly valve, which is tightly sealed, reliable in action, simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, and cost-effective. At the same time, the 90 mixing station adopts advanced metering methods and is equipped with automatic correction and compensation functions for drop.
Storage system
It is mainly a cement silo, which is a closed silo for storing materials such as cement and fly ash. The silo body (tank) is equipped with a material level system that can display the location of the material; it is also equipped with an arch-breaking device to remove the agglomeration caused by material deposition.
The combination of cement silo and screw conveyor can transport materials to various locations. The silo is easy to install and has reliable performance. It is an ideal match for various mixing stations.

Conveying system
1. Belt conveyor
It is an ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment for HZS90 concrete batching plant. It has the advantages of long conveying distance, large conveying volume, continuous conveying, etc., and it is reliable in operation, easy to realize automation and centralized control, and very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
2. Screw conveyor
It is used to transport cement, fly ash and other powder materials. The specific characteristics are as described in the above feeding system.
Control system
The whole machine of concrete batching plant is computer controlled, which can be automatically controlled or manually operated. It is simple to operate and easy to master. It has a dynamic panel display function, which can clearly understand the operation status of each component, and can store and print report data. Some mixing stations are controlled by microcomputers and have dynamic screen display functions. They can realize automation technologies such as batching, storage, mixing, automatic weighing and fully automatic printing. They also have semi-automatic and fully automatic control modes, which can be flexibly selected according to actual needs.
Dust collection system
Minrui 90m3/h concrete plant mainframes are equipped with dust collectors, which have the functions of automatic dust collection, dehumidification, exhaust, and returning the collected dust to the mainframe for reuse, with excellent dust collection effect. A cylindrical dust collector is also installed on the top of the cement silo, which has high dust removal efficiency and low noise.
Frame and other auxiliary structures
The mainframe is packed with color steel plates, which is neat, beautiful, dustproof and has a good field of vision. The double-post combined installation is convenient for operation and saves space. In addition, the unloading height is generally 3.8 meters or 4.1 meters, and the height can be appropriately increased or decreased to meet the unloading and conveying needs.
