Composition structure
Mixer machine:
Generally, MINRUI double-horizontal shaft forced mixer (such as JS series) or vertical shaft planetary mixer (such as MRP series) is used, which can quickly and evenly mix fluid and dry hard concrete, and is suitable for mixing various high-quality concrete.
Weighing system:
Water, aggregate and cement are weighed separately without interfering with each other. Aggregate measurement adopts cumulative measurement, which is accurate and reliable. High-precision sensors and automatic drop compensation functions ensure the measurement accuracy of aggregates.
The water and admixture weighing system uses high-precision sensors for weighing. The water supply pump draws water from the pool through the filling pipe into the metering hopper, which is controlled by a pneumatic butterfly valve for weighing.
After weighing, water is supplied to the mixing host through two pipes. The principle of admixture weighing is similar to that of water weighing.
After weighing, the admixture is added to the water metering hopper and added to the mixer at the same time as the water.
Cement and powdered admixtures are transported to the powder weighing hopper by the screw conveyor in batches, and are cumulatively weighed by the weighing instrument.
When the set weight is reached, the control system sends instructions in turn to stop the screw conveyor, and the weighing hopper discharges the material to the mixing host through the pneumatic butterfly valve.
Control system:
The microcomputer control system of the whole mobile concrete plant adopts industrial control computer control, with flexible and universal structural design.
It is mainly designed for non-professionals to ensure that the operator can control and manage the whole set of mixing equipment completely independently and highly safely.
The system has the function of real-time data processing, which can be fully automatically controlled or manually operated according to customer requirements.
The operation is simple and convenient. The interface simulates and displays the entire dynamic process flow of the mixing plant, which is intuitive and clear.
It can store various ratios and working data of the concrete plant and print various reports and materials as required. The constant temperature container control room adopts sound-proof and heat-insulating colored sandwich panels, which is spacious, bright, beautiful and generous.
While ensuring the working environment temperature of electrical components, it also greatly improves the comfort of operators.
Pre-connection design:
In order to meet customers’ requirements for speed, functionality and compactness, some series of concrete batching plant are fully pre-connected complete sets of equipment. The gas system and the main structure are closely connected together. The equipment does not need to be disassembled when it is transferred, which significantly reduces the installation and trial operation time of the mobile concrete plant.
Main chassis:
The main mobile concrete batching plant chassis is cantilevered, and the chassis contains the towing pin and parking legs of the trailer truck; the mixer, cement and water admixture weighing scales are placed on the chassis; the surrounding inspection platform, railings, etc. are attached.
Aggregate batching metering system:
Located at the rear end of the entire station, the upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and a heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity.
The door is opened pneumatically in sequence, and the aggregate metering is a cumulative metering method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during work.
Belt conveyor frame:
It is a truss structure connecting the main chassis and the aggregate batching frame. The belt frame is installed inside, so that the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
Peripheral components:
Mainly cement silos and screw conveyors. Peripheral components are integral components whether they are working or transporting, and do not need to be disassembled, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
Technical features
Flexible mobility:
It is divided into two types: traction type and trailer type. The traction type chassis contains complete front and rear axles; the trailer type chassis only has the rear axle, and the front end is placed on the saddle bridge of the tractor.
When transferring, the whole equipment is moved for transfer operation, and the hauling speed is ≤50km/h.
Easy to disassemble and assemble:
It adopts modular design. There is no need to disassemble and assemble and connect cables when the equipment is transferred. The site can be disassembled and moved at any time for the site in a short distance.
The trailer for the site in a long distance has the conditions for driving on the highway, which saves time and worry for the transfer.
High-efficiency production:
The new mobile concrete batching plant has improved configuration capabilities while ensuring mobile performance, such as the selection of batching station structure, single and double admixture scales, and flexible selection of single and double pipelines, which avoids the rigid structure and single configuration of traditional equipment.

Working principle
Raw material preparation:
Put cement, sand, stone and other raw materials into the hopper of the mixer in a certain proportion.
Mixing process:
Start the mixer, the motor drives the mixing shaft to rotate, so that the raw materials in the hopper are mixed under the action of the mixing shaft. During the mixing process, water is evenly added to the raw materials to form concrete.
Discharging:
After the mixing is completed, open the discharging door, and the concrete is discharged from the mixer for subsequent construction.
Applicable scenarios
Highway construction:
For example, in highway projects, mobile concrete mixing plant can be quickly transferred with the progress of the project to meet the concrete production needs of different sections.
Bridge construction:
