- After production is completed, load the products into containers or transport them by land to the designated location or port of the customers
- Follow up on the transportation situation and promptly notify the customers of the pick-up time
After-sales Service
- Provide free installation and maintenance manual
- Engineers can be dispatched to the customer’s site to guide the installation or offer free online guidance
- 90% of the components are independently processed by our company, and long-term support can be provided
- For subsequent problems, they will be specifically solved by the after-sales department. The response time will not exceed two hours
- For equipment upgrades, professional upgrade drawings will be provided by engineers
- Relevant accessories will be dispatched within 24 hours
